Our Services
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation for Adults in Virginia & Maryland
Your first appointment (60–90 minutes) includes a thorough assessment to understand how your symptoms are impacting your daily life. We'll review your medical history, family background, and any prior mental health treatment. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and values.
Medication Management
We take a thoughtful, conservative approach to medication, using the lowest effective dose and the fewest medications needed. We’ll closely monitor your progress, especially in the early stages, and make adjustments as needed. We also support clients who wish to safely taper off medications that are no longer helpful.
Psychotherapy
Supportive therapy is integrated into your care to strengthen your overall well-being. We’ll work together to build healthy coping skills, manage stress, regulate emotions, and shift unhelpful thought patterns — all while supporting your goals for growth and healing.
Holistic Care
Our holistic model embraces the connection between mind, body, and spirit. We incorporate lifestyle strategies like balanced nutrition, movement, rest, mindfulness, and supplements. Lab work and genetic testing can be ordered when helpful. For those who desire it, we also offer in-session prayer and faith-informed support.
